Anime no Ippai no Shinryakusensou no Zenmensonsou no Sensougo or A.I.S.Z.S is my new game that i'm currently developing.

The game is played with any size of Anime Figures, from the Gasphon size to the largest sized Anime figures. Currently, the game is almost finished being written so it shall be out within a couple of months if there are no delays.

I'm here today to ask the game playing public what sort of Army lists would you like to see? Currently, the first Army lists that are coming out are The Samurai Swords and Hidden Pleasures. The Samurai Swords, which will represent Samurai/Swordsmen Anime figures while the Hidden Pleasure are Anime figures the are not nude, but suggestive.

I'll shall release a summary and a trial rule set to people who are interested here and would like to get some input on it and any changes that should have been made.

Anyway, please let me know what other sort of Army lists you would like to see and who would like to test it out so I can have a list and send it to those who would like to test it.

Any chance of having an army list of non-human anime style characters? be useful for the use of gashopon type figures.

Sure, just tell me the type of Non-Humans you'd like. I assume your talking about Gundums and Mechs in general.

Besides Gundam and Mechs in general i'm sure you'll include the older Giant Robot's like the following-

Great Mazinger
Mazinger Z
Getta Robo
Getta Robo G
Grandizer
Raideen

I have most of these in Gashapon form i also have Devilman Gashapon figures as well.

How about something anime AND (emphasis, not volume) non-human, non-robot, non-mecha? Or has Japan abandonded the rich mythology of their past in Anime for stompy robots?

Gracias,

Glebb

The Neko-chan Herd should have their own treatment.
Sailors.
Pokémon figures abound.
Speed Racer -- there'll be a lot of merchandise coming down the pike with the movie.
Spaceship Fleets.

Thanks for the suggestions, they are all very good!

@All Over the Skye: So you want stuff like Ghosts or something? "anime AND (emphasis, not volume) non-human, non-robot, non-mecha" is a very confusing statement. Could you clarify it for me?

Hmm, it seems not a lot of support to become playtesters or give out more ideas. Any reason for this?

What if someone's not into the whole anime thing, but still would like to play? Could any cartoon characters work? I have almost a whole set of Looney Toons plastic figures that came with my son's Happy Meals a few years ago. We tried to get the complete set, but they were out of Elmer Fudds. I really would have liked to have the Elmer Fudds, because he was armed with a gun, which I think should give him an advantage in ranged combat. Could your rules still work even without Elmer?

You'd have to create your own unoffical sets that won't be supported by me. You'd have to clearly mark it as unoffical if you are going to be sharing it on the interwebs.

It doesn't appear that you've given much in way of details that would make anyone really jump at this.

What about Disney character stuffed animals? Would the rules work with those, or would I have to change the ground scale? What size table would I need?

Caesar29 Apr 2008 1:39 p.m. PST

I don't think you're going to get the level of support for the rules that you are looking for. We'll need to start a variant yahoogroup to post ideas and army lists. Personally, I think Stitch can kick the butt of most anime characters.
I'll have to dig around and try to get my Thundercats back in action. Snarf can beat up any version of Asuka in a bikini that you can put on the table.
