I hope they don't become basic issue to paratrooper units. I could imagine the carnage of several thousand men approaching the LZ at 135 mph each responsible for his own landing. |

I imagine a lot of the airbase staff will try to take a lunch right before the 3rd Infantry Air Wing makes it back from their missions. "My car!" "Get the Cherry Picker, the Sarge is stuck on the roof again." "Why are there more wing packs than soldiers after that last run?" "I'd like to take this opportunity to state that barnstorming is punishable by latrine duty." "So your unit painted their helmets gold why?" |
