I am looking for artillery from the pike and shot era that will look appropriate with 16mm-20mm tall minis in the rest of the army. As I have no crew for the artillery it would be really nice if the recommended pieces came with some crew lol.

Hi – Museum Miniatures have an ECW range with a decent artillery park. While I have no direct experience of that range, I have a lot of their ancients and mediaeval figures – these are generally around 18mm.
