Only ships? Any particular scales?

Soulmage07 Apr 2008 6:05 p.m. PST

No, she actually paints quite a few different things. Just keeping it fairly focused:

Here are a couple other examples:

nice work. Wish my wife would paint my figs.

What are the prices for painting ships? (for whatever scale)

HobbyGuy08 Apr 2008 1:59 p.m. PST

What scale were those ships? Nice work. Would love to see the terrain.

Soulmage08 Apr 2008 2:44 p.m. PST

The WWI ship is 1/3000.

It would of course depend on exactly what you were wanting painted.

Just as a ballpark for a 1/3000 scale ship you're probably looking at $3.00 USD for most things. An extra dollar for a battleship/battlecruiser/carrier or destroyer flotilla mounted on a single base.

Add a dollar to the price for 1/2400 scale.

Add a dollar if you want it based and labeled also.

For ships of larger scales we'd need to discuss.

Here's a pic of a terrain piece:

Not sure if you'll see this anymore. But, nice terrain piece, how did you bevel the edge of the wood base, with a router?

Soulmage29 Apr 2008 3:38 p.m. PST

Actually used a foam base. Lighter for transport.

Soulmage08 May 2008 9:44 a.m. PST

Yes, and no. :)

Trust me. . . there's a great many things she's good at! ;)
