I've read that steel-decked ships in the RM had their decks painted a dark grey, while wodden decks were left in their natural teak. I'm trying to confirm which ships had which kind of decks. I know that BBs and CAs had teak, and I would assume that DDs and smaller had steel. How about CLs? And would upper decks in general have steel? Any light you can shed on these questions would be appreciated. Hoser |

I knew the Italians were well coiffed and had delicious gelato but never realized so much of the fleet was dedicated to those pursuits. |
