I would hazard a guess at either

1941 scheme
or more likely (well a variation of it)
the temperate sea scheme

Kind of an odd image…485 Squadron was never equipped with the Spitfire XIV. During the D-Day period (going by the stripes around the fuselage), the Squadron flew Spitfire IXs. But anyway…

Colours should be Ocean Grey/Dark Green for the top sides, with Medium Sea Grey undersides. The propellor spinner, code letters and tail band are Sky. Normally, if the aircraft wore the full D-Day stripes, there should also be stripes around the wings. Later that summer they were ordered removed from the tops of the wings and the upper parts of the fuselage. The link above in Monkey Hanger's reply will give you equivalent colours by different hobby paint manufacturers.

Cheers,
Richard

That photo has a definite green cast to it on my monitor including the light part of the camoflage, but I think that's misleading. I think it's a light grey/dark green scheme. I don't think the RAF in WWII ever painted Spitfires light green/dark green.

Standard RAF scheme for 485 as Zippy said. Thanks for the picture by the way, 485 Sqn is on my to do list.
