finsih the Pacific theater ?
It seems they are dragging feet on it .Will we ever see the rest of the Pacific war done ?

Dunno. The european theater seems to be where they are going now with CaS VII Atlantic Navies

I'm not speaking for Clash of Arms or the Admiralty people but I'd guess they think the more popular and game able part of the Pacific theater has been done.

After 1943 the naval actions are pretty one sided. Of course Leyte Gulf is a popular what if, Iowa versus Yamato. But I think they have published the stats on both ships.

Is there any major class of warships that wasn't at sea by the end of the Rising Sun supplement? Some aircraft of course but I can't think of any ships.

I thought I read about a future supplement called Murder's Row at some point.

I can't recall where I read about it and I make no guesses about if or when it will ever arrive. The French supplement that makes up part of Atlantic Navies was mentioned soon after Rising Sun was released.

I find it difficult to find out anything about CaS or Clash of Arms. I haven't found a good forum for discussing their games and only pick up odd rumours here and there.

well I mean some of the ships like the essex class
the later planes where you get stats for them ?
plus now they say they are goingto do a land combat module .
I want stats for the entire american and Japanese navy is that too much to ask ?

I think there are airplane stats in the newer editions of the Naval Sitrep. Maybe you can find someone with a magweb account to check if what you need is there.

Personally I can't see any reason to game any historic action in the Pacific after November, 1943. The technology, weight of mass and training just makes it lop-sided. You can find a fictional game that might be interesting once, but for my money the rest of the navies and western theatre have more potential. And speaking of money, make note of the sticker price (sticking us between the ribs) of the next supplement since it contains Command at Sea 4. While I applaud the notion of putting everything on a par with the more recent sets, I'd much prefer they split up the supplements for those of us who don't need another set of counters, etc.
