Okay….there are many folks here all over the country, right? Surely some of you have seen the 21st Century Dauntless models at your local Wally. BUY SOME AND SEND THEM TO ME !!! We are apparently not allowed to own them here in Reading, PA. |

I can get you three different dauntless. Two will have zeros with them. Ones dark blue with red dot in middle of star and the other is blue with no red dot. Also a single one thats light blue and white. One of the doubles is from toy- r- us and the others ate from wallys. If you want more then 3, I get get you more of the single (light blue and white) one. If you don't want any zero.s I can just get you some single ones. I live in Las Vegas and my job takes me all over town and we have 13 wal-marts and 3 toys -r-us. Let me know what you want and I'll let you the price. Mike |

I would like a total of 6. I'm not real fussy about the red dot in the star. If either of you two extremely kind sirs can let me know what you find. I would prefer them without the Zeros, but either way is okay. You can email historicalgamer@aol.com and let me know total including shipping. Of course, I will include a finders fee also cause I'm such a great guy. By the way, John, I actually saw you at Cold Wars but you were busy and I did not interrupt to introduce myself. Good luck. I've only been able to find one. On my way to Cold Wars I scored a blue and white Dauntless at the Wallyworld on Highway 30 Thursday at 4:30 pm. I have been to over a dozen different Walmarts in PA, MD and VA and this was the first one I found. On the way home from Lancaster, I tried Walmarts in York and Shrewsbury,PA and Cockeysville, MD without success. Those little suckers are quite rare around the nation's capitol. You'd think it would be easy to post a simple message but not for me today I guess. |

Wilkes Barre Toys R Us has a dozen red dot Dauntlesses. (I will shoot the first one who says the plural is "Dauntli".)
They are paired with the sea gray Zero, and the pair sells for $6.99, plus 6% PA tax. I am willing to wipe out their stock, since it makes it more likely they will restock with new sets. I already have all I need, and more than enough Zeros and Franks.

After doing some checking here in Portland, Or, the Wally Worlds and Toys r us are not carrying said plane. We only have the Spitfires paired with the ME 262. It must be a plot to segregate the country with different airplanes. :) |

Guys - I emailed 21C a couple of weeks ago asking about the P-47Bs & Ds. They said they did not have a "general release" as of yet but to be watching Walmart in the next few weeks. I suggested they make some P-38s, ME-110s, P-40s, P-39s, ME-109s and all the WWII bombers. Didn't get a comment back on that though…. :-) Let me know if anyone sees the P-47s!! I have put together a couple of 1/144 Minicraft but can always use a few nicely painted 21C planes. Still plenty of Blue Dauntlesses/Zero dogfight packs & the Blue/Gray Dauntless in single packs here in the Tennessee Walmarts. If you need some. Let me know. |

How do you find out if your local walmart will get more in stock? Mine had some before but don't seem to be getting anymore in. I'm in Lawton OK and have two Wally's in the area. E |

Hey ejacobs - Check with your Walmart toy clerk. I'm on first name basis with mine. Walmart doesn't care what specific planes are in the packs. They just scan out the pack as it is sold and the warehouse refills their order with another pack. That's why we are all searching to find different planes in our Walmarts and Toys-R-Us stores. We all just figured that 21C just sends different planes & paint jobs to the various distribution centers across the country. I went to KY and they had different planes and paint jobs than here in TN. Eric & Zippy had different ones in PA than what I had here. So? We trade with each other. For some reason my area of TN has Dogfight packs of Brit F6Fs/Zeros, also blue Dauntlesses/dark green&striped Zeros. In single packs we have some Zeros, Spitfires w/Brown Camo, a few 190s and a Blue/Gray two tone Dauntless. I found the Dauntlesses with red dot on the stars & Ki-84s in KY. Eric has posted pictures of all the known 1/144 21C planes on the Yahoo Groups cy6 site. Check them out – there are 30+ pictures. The P-47Bs & Ds shown have not arrived yet. He got the picture off 21C's web site. BUT, 21C has told me they will be out to Walmart in the next few weeks. If you need any – just post it here and we will try to help. It is good if you have some to trade back, of course.
