Does anyone know if anyone ever came up with a WWII variant of this game for the Mediterranean 1940-43. The mechanics seem readily adaptable; and given the size of some of the encounters, even the advanced rules could be used. Next question: does anyone play the Advanced Rules these days? |

You might check Avalanche Games. They are offering the most comprehensive range of naval games at the operational level for WW1 & WW2. |

Not that I am aware of Charla. Bismarck is STILL one of my faves. I played them as minis rules for years! |

I still have mine including the River Plate expansion set. I'm not aware one was done for the Med though. Still one of my favourites as well and hope to play again one day. Used the full rules and would still use the advanced rules with my 1/6000 ships until I get to see what TFL come up with. |
