I came across these bases at the Warstore and was wondering if anyone was using them for WWII aerial at any scale:

I am especially interested in what the peg is like. Please send details. Thank you!

The peg is the same as the GW flying stand peg. But it isn't hard to make the hole a bit bigger for clear plastic rod. Attach a magnet to the top of the rod and the bottom of the plane and it's perfect.
I use them for Aeronautica and for Check your Six! and like them a lot (the price is right, too).

Matt,

What is the size of the bases? And what's the scale on the altitude and speed dials (1 to 6?)? Been thinking of using them with CY6!

1 1/2 inch (from flat to flat). Speed and altitude go from 0 – 9.

I'm using them the way Mathion described…amd I'm very pleased with them too.
