Anything worth seeing in Fargo? I know there used to be a couple of shops that sold miniatures…

…I'm interested in plastic kits, Flames of War, even game shops that sell used clickies.

Heading out tomorrow a.m. with a buddy on a quick road trip so any tips appreciated!

Cheers

I can't personally vouch for any of these but I found these in the White Pages on the Net at:

I am responding because I used go to Benner's -a hobby shop, now long gone, many, many years ago. Enjoy your trip and good luck in the stores.

Ah- here's one in Fargo. If the website is anything to judge by, it looks like it could be worth a stop.
Paradox Comics N Cards Incorporated
26 Roberts St N
Fargo, ND 58102

Let us know how the road trip went.

I'm in Fargo. I don't get by Paradox much, mostly Comics and cards but I haven't been there in years.

Best bets are:
Ommi Hobby (west of the West Acres mall on 13th)
4325 13th Ave S # 8
Fargo, ND 58103
(701) 373-0330

Hobby Hut

Thanks guys! Just got back from Fargo about two hours ago. Here is the shopping report:

1. Toys R Us – no new 1/48 German tanks. I was looking for the Pzkpfw 38(t) and/or Marder III but no joy.

2. Wal-Mart – picked up two Pzkpfw IV (H) for a friend. Also Vanilla and Cherry Coke Zero.

3. Empire Liquors – Sam Adams Boston Lager and Miller High Life.

4. Burlington Coat Factory – a tie.

5. Hobby Hut – N-scale telephone poles for 15mm WWII games.

6. Cowtown set for Wild West games picked up in Pembina – a Bartertown trade.

@750km on the car and 6 hours driving but a good day!

Cheers

I am afraid we are missing a good gaming shop here in Fargo. We have had several but there is a current dearth of them. Glad your trip wasn't a complete waste.

Glad to see you got a tie.
