Has anyone used the computer assisted miniatures game SB3 with the Great War at Sea series ? If so how did you do it?

I remember hearing from a number of game groups who did that, but I don't recall the details of how it was done. I'll have to dig through my archives to see if I still have any of the messages.

I searched my e-mail archives and found some notes from people discussing the notion, but no concrete details on exactly how they did it. The concensus seems to be they just converted the ship damage from SB3 to the Avalanche Press game campaign system and back.

I have only a little first-hand experience with the Avalance Press games, so I can't offer an "official" conversion factor.

(Oh yeah, I'm the guy who wrote Shipbase III, in case anyone is wondering.)
