Comments or corrections?

Has anyone seen or read the new publication on Medieval warfare by Wargames Foundry?
I'm interested whether it's worth to buy as a reference book and/or as a ruleset worth trying.

Thanks for any comment.

Excellent rule set and a very good reference. Much of the reference material has been available at various times past either on Saga's website, in the pages of Miniature Wargames or on the Foundry website (mostly not so easy to obtain any more). It is expensive, but it was worth the price to me. I have played the rules for many years, in tournaments and I have used the rules for games I have hosted at the big eastern HMGS conventions.

I overlooked the recent comments on these rules and the original Saga Publication.

Sorry,

I have a copy.

Very well produced volume. One-book has everything including army lists/colour counters. Rules seem complex for my personal tastes. Layout is disorganised and only a small proportion of each page is rules content. Suspect this product will be [perhaps unfairly] overshadowed by FoG. Wouldn't recommend it as a reference book – but there are some interesting bits and pieces.

Michael.
