Does anyone have firsthand knowledge if the conte 54mm WW2 figs and King and Country WW2 figs are compatible sizewize?

I am thinking of adding a few pieces here and there of the K&C brit paras and german LAH SS and Waffen SS to my rapidly burgeoning collection of WW2 skirmish figs.

My Fellow TMPers' insights would be most welcome!

Thanks

I have read somewhere that the K&C were significantly bigger, but I would like someone who has actually eyeballed the two together to confirm or deny that assessment.

Thanks!

For my tastes, I find that they don't not mix well. The Conte figures are smaller.

Thanks Nesto,

I wanted to make sure that the difference is noticeable before sinking a few hundred on the K&C. Nice as they are, if they will not work with the Conte, then I will go a different route.

I appreciate your "reconning" this for me!

Wargames Illustrated did a spread on my 2006 game at Historicon in the October 2006 issue. I used Conte buildings and K&C minis. Although the figures are 60mm, everyone thought it looked great. Jürgen
