I don't care much for the heads on those figures . . .

However, I think that the bodies have some potential, given the proper heads.

Can anyone tell me how tall these figures are to their shoulders?

I cannot tell from this photo:

Thanks.

15mm from sole of foot to top of shoulder.

Hey CC, If you do pick them up and don't want the heads I will be more than willing to take em off your hands.

PM me once you got 'em.

Would these work as Goblins? I get that they are equivalent of goblins, sort of, for the Ogre army.

I just found out about them and thought . . . "bodies, lots of potential – heads, I'm not sure".

So, IF I get them, I may sculpt some Ape heads that will fit them. Or simply get less cartoony Goblin heads.

Dropzonetoe: The heads are yours, if/when I get them.

I have some from the ogre iron guts sprue that I would trade to you.

Gnoblars are a sub-race of Goblins. They are mentioend in the "Orc" army book for WHFB. The figs are the same size as the plastic "regular" Goblins currently offered. This makes them a lot bigger than the new Night Goblins.

Man, I need a life if I can come up with this kind of info without getting up to go look for it….

The Ogre: "I have some from the ogre iron guts sprue that I would trade to you."

Wow. Very nice.

But is that offer to me (for the bodies), or to Dropzonetoe (for the heads), or to both?

They're a similar height to the goblins but are much slighter.

Well, they are already put together with super glue, so you would have to remove the heads.

I would trade them for any old fantasy miniature, or a small amount of cash.

I wonder what a Kroot body with a Gnoblar head would look like. :)
