I would like to get another dice set for Heroscape, but a different base colour – NOT the standard white. That way each player could have his/her own set of dice, all roll together, and see straight away who has rolled what. Of course I have several white sets, but would like to swap a set, or buy a set which is based on black, or blue, or red, or turquoise, or gold, or any ****** colour that is not white! Any offers? |

Use regular 6 siders. 4,5,6 to hit, 5,6 to save. |

Or better, 1,2 saves, 4,5,6 hits. There's a troop or two that looks at both results at once if I remember correctly, so they need to be on different numbers. |

Hmmm
my original Heroscape Master set came with red attack dice and blue defense dice; have they changed the set up? |

Beautiful faction-specific dice were released with the special standard bearer figures. These are just what you need. 5 different colors, and with a faction-symbol on one face, iirc. |

Yah, either the flagbearers or a first edition set will help you out here. I have seen first edition dice on ebay occasionally. There are also some first edition sets at my local WalMart if you cant find em elsewhere. |

Get blank dice and use markers. Or print out the symbols on sticky paper. |

The faction specific dice sets and standard bearer are Toys-R-Us exclusives. |

True, Delthos, I had forgotten that. Jayster, I am certain I have a spare set of first edition dice, if you cannot score them another way, email me at chicklewis@aol.com |

The Flag Bearers are all available through ebay. Search for "heroscape flag" to see 'em. |

The Flag bearers are readily available from TRU, at WAY less than e-bay prices. link |

Excellent link, Pphalen. Use it and buy for your favorite caction, Jayster, the dice are very nice, and the standard bearer figures have very interesting abilities. |

I'd go with the standard bearer dice (also comes with a matching velvety dice bag!). The SB's were released in VERY limited quantities initially, but TRU got a second wave in July, and the outrageously priced ebay offerings are no longer your only choice. |

Thanks for all your help and input. Some great stuff in there. I've checked out Toys R Us in both UK and US. It's a great shame that the UK TRU don't do Heroscape at all. In the USA you can get anything
PAH! some of the other stores mentioned at US only too. I'm waiting on a reply from Chick on this one. I think that might be my best option. |
