Does anyone know who offers 15mm oil rigs or wells or related facilities that could be used for Maikop or other battles near oilfields. |

I believe JR Miniatures has some oil facilities IIRC, I know for sure that they sell oil refinery tanks in 15mm. I remember seeing oil pumping stations and pipe lines in their lists as well (they were more of a Middle Eastern theme though) Hope it helps! |

Sorry, I went to the site and the refinery tank is there, however, the rest were the wrong scale and in the discontinued area. Sorry :( |

Try some of the model railroad manufacturers – I've certainly seen 1/87 'nodding donkey' rigs by one of the American makers in the shops but don't remember who offhand – (Bachmann or Walthers?). They'll suit 1/100(15mm) just as well. |

Walthers makes pump-jacks and they're nicely scaled for 15mm. I have one that has figured prominently in several battles. One of these days I need to get around to putting together something that looks like tank batteries for it . . . |
