Does anyone have an image or photo of the above flag? All I can find is an image of the modern one. Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Lotus' picture is perfect, but to really simplify things, the Navy Jack is identical to the canton or field (the blue part with the stars) on the US national flag. You can get away with cutting that from a larger scale national flag.
