and certainly not my last! Here is an example why advertising on TMP is a good idea. I didn't know about these guys until I saw them here on the homepage. I ordered a selection of their traditional toy soldier medieval foot knight kits. Shipping was fast and they are very nice and reasonably priced for metal 54mm. They are smaller then my King and Country Saracens and my Mithril 54mm but they will still work just fine as warriors of Minas Tirith for my 54mm LOTR project. Now I am looking at their French Indian war stuff

They do make a first rate product. I have always been more of a collector than a gamer, and mostly 54mm. I started out with Traditions beautiful Napoleonic range, and now have most of them. I think the FIW or Crimea range will be next, Britains is doing a Charge of the Light Brigade set that might go well with them. The FIW and WWI sets are really nice too. If you like the castings check out Dorset Soldiers and Soldierpac in the UK, and London Bridge Toys in the US. |

Trophy of Wales is another excellent line of 54mm figures, based in the UK. |

Is Trophy still manufacturing? Last time I tried their website- I admit it was a few weeks ago- it was down, and their US retailer at least seemed to be having some problems. I hope there is nothing wrong, they had a great and inclusive range of products. I modelled my homecast Zulu War line after the style of theirs. I ahave always admire their Boxer Rebellion line too. |

I was wondering if they are worth a few of the limitied hours I will have in London while visiting Salute. It would seem the answer is "yes". I'm going. |
